Owner, Educator + StylistPayton Keller is the founder and owner of Amber Glow Collective and has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 12 years. Her passion for the beauty industry extends far beyond the salon chair, combining her experience as a stylist, educator, and business owner to create an elevated experience for both clients and fellow beauty professionals.
Specializing in dimensional color, blonding, hair extensions, bridal styling, and makeup artistry, Payton is known for creating customized looks that help her clients feel confident and beautiful. Throughout her career, she has had the opportunity to work with hundreds of brides, educate future cosmetologists, and mentor beauty professionals as they grow in their careers.
As a licensed cosmetology educator, Payton spent several years teaching and inspiring the next generation of stylists, sharing her knowledge of technical skills, client experience, and business development. Her dedication to education continues today through ongoing training and mentorship within Amber Glow Collective.
In 2025, Payton founded Amber Glow Collective with a vision of creating a luxury beauty destination that prioritizes exceptional service, continued education, and a welcoming environment for both clients and artists. Whether she's behind the chair, teaching a class, or leading her team, Payton is passionate about helping others look and feel their best.

Salon Manager, Lead Bridal Artist + ColoristNatalie is the Salon Manager and Bridal Lead at Amber Glow Collective, bringing passion, professionalism, and dedication to every aspect of her work. As an experienced colorist and bridal hairstylist, she loves helping clients achieve their dream hair, whether it's a seamless dimensional color, a fresh new look, or a timeless wedding-day style.
Known for her strong work ethic and attention to detail, Natalie is committed to creating an exceptional experience for every guest who sits in her chair. As Salon Manager, she plays an integral role in supporting the team, maintaining a positive salon culture, and ensuring each client receives the highest level of care.
